I have always been a huge fan of paneer recipes and especially to the north indian paneer curries for roti or chapathi. but i have a special attachment towards the Palak Paneer Recipe and hence it is the most frequent prepared paneer recipe in my house. This curry is mainly served with roti or naan, but i even enjoy it with rice too. So, in this blog I shall be sharing my ideas to prepare Palak Paneer in a very easy way.
Preparation For 3 Adult Persons

Key Ingrediants
- For Palak Paste
- 5 cup water
- 1 bunch Palak
- Ginger as per taste
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Green Chilli - 3pieces
- 3 Tablespoon Of Refine Oil
- Other Ingrediants
- 1 tsp butter
- 11 cube Paneer
- 1 tsp cumin / jeera
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 4 cloves
- 2 pod cardamom / elachi
- 1 bay leaf / tej patta
- 2 tsp kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- ½ tomato (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup water
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp Haram masala
- 2 tbsp cream / malai
