Sweet is prepared in different occasions whether it's a marriage ceremony or a birthday party or in an anniversary also and in different other occassions viz ; Puja or in cultural programs throughout the year.
Preparation is also very easy.

Ingredients :-
Ghee :- 200gm
Sugar :- 500 gm
Elaichi :- 5 gm
Cholar Sattu :- 200gm
For 5 Adult Persons.

Procedure :-
  • Heat ghee in a frying pan.
  • Mix scholar sattu with ghee and fry.
  • When the mixture comes at normal temperature mix sugar and elaichi.
  • Make small balls from the whole mixture
    Now,the preparation is ready to
    serve.
