One of my friends birthday had just past away. Due to lockdown I couldn't attend his birthday. My friends mom have arrived from Dubai shortly. She had sent me a Special Dish Of Dubai which she had learnt recently. The dish called Mutton Korma is so very delicious as well as very tasty. On my request she had made me learn the whole process to prepare this mouthwatering dish.

Key Ingredients :-
- Mutton - 500 Gms
- Onion - 3pcs - finely chopped
- Ginger-garlic paste - half cup
- Yogurt - half cup
- Bay Leaves - 2 PCs
- Elaichi - 4 PCs
- Clove - 4pcs
- Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Coriander Leaves - 3 Pcs chopped finely
- Mustard Oil - As per requirement
- Salt - As per taste
- Water - As per taste
Instructions :-
- Hit oil in a pressure cooker and fry the chopped onions till it turns to brownish.
- After frying keep in a separate container.
- Fry bay leaves,elaichi and clove.
- Fry the mutton in medium flame and mix with properly with that of bay leaves,elaichi and labango for 5 minutes.
- Add the fried onions and steir around 3 minutes.
- Add ginger garlic paste to it and mix it and keep it for 3 minutes.
- Next add yogurt and mix properly with mutton.
- Add water to the mixture as required and boil it till 3 whitsels of pressure cooker.
- Add coriander powder,chillie powder and salt and steir it for another 5 minutes.
- Lastly add coriander leaves.
Finally, the dish is ready and as per my opinion you can enjoy eating the dish with nun roti or even chapati and also with rice.
