- Most of us when think of eating quality pizza,rush to our nearest pizza store or often order online.At present situation many domestic as well as international companies are dealing with pizza's. They often approach lucrative offers through discount coupons and also with other options. Some of us also have a desire to make quality pizza's at home.Don't worry I shall be letting you know the step by step procedure to make quality pizza at home only.
Preparation Time :- 1 hrs 30 minutes
Cuisine :- Italian
For :- 2 Persons
Key Ingredients :-
- Milk :- Half Cup (Less hot)
- Sugar :- 1 tablespoon
- Yeast :- 2 tablespoon
- Flour :- half mug (coffee mug)
- Water :- As required
- Egg. :- 1 pc
- Olive/Soyabean Oil - As required
- Pizza Sauce :- As required
- Boneless Chicken :- 100 gm
- Baby corn :- 10 Pcs
- Cheese :- Sliced into Pcs
- Green Capcicum :- Sliced into thin pcs
- Tomato Sauce :- As per taste
- Oregano :- 1 tablespoon
Procedure :-
- Take half cup of less warm milk in a bowl, add sugar and mix it well.
- Add 2 tablespoon of yeast and mix it.
- Take another bowl and add flour,salt as required. Thereafter add the broken egg and mix it thoroughly. Then add the blend of milk,sugar and yeast.
- Cover the bowl through a plastic and keep for 1 hr atleast.
- Hit oil and fry the chicken in a low flame.
- After 1 hr,you will notice the above mixture turns solid and it gets swalen.
- Release the excess air by pressing with hand.
- Divide it equally.
- Knit the dough for 5 minutes.
- Shape the dough like a roti and make some small cutt mark in the roti so that it get fried properly.
- To make toppings :- Make layer by spreading pizza sauce over the top of it and thereafter decorate with the sliced cheese,green capcicum,baby corn and sliced boneless chicken and add 1 tablespoon of oregano.
- Hit oil in a frying pan and place it and cover lid of the frying and wait for 15 minutes till the cheese melt fully.
- With time the pizza is now ready to have a bite.
- Add tomato sauce .
