Potato is a kind of vegetable which we consumed throughout the year. Lods of receipe are there for Potato's. I like eating potato very much. Most of the receipes of westbengal are made with potato's. So for all my viewers across the globe I am generating this receipe. So,let's move to the receipe.

Cooking Time     :   20 minutes
Cuisine                 :- Bengali,India
For                        :-  2 Adults

Key Ingredients :-
  • Potato  -  4 pcs (Big Size)
  • Onion   -  1pc - finely chopped
  • Capcicum - 1 pc (small size) - finely                              chopped
  • Garlic       - 1 pc (Big size) - finely                                    chopped
  • Refine Oil - As required
  • Cornflour - Half cup
  • Flour         - 1 cup
  • Redchillie Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Green Chilli Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato Sauce  - 1 tablespoon (Optional)
  • Sezwan Sauce  -  2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar              - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt                     - As per taste

                                 

 Procedure :-
  • Peel the potatoes.
  • Cutt into square shaped pieces.
  • Peel the ginger & chopped into small pieces.
  • Boil the potatoes for maximum 5 minutes and cover the lid of your frying pan but keep in mind that it doesn't became much softer. It is done so to make the potatoes taste crispy.
  • To make dough - Add flour, cornflour, red chilli powder,add water and mix it well.
  • Hit oil in a frying pan and dip the potatoes in the dough and thereafter fry it and transfer it in a bowl.
  • Double fry the potatoes to make it more crispy.
  • After frying, place a tissue paper to transfer the excess oil from the potatoes.
  • Hit oil again and fry the pieces of garlic,pieces of potato and pieces of capcicum & mix it with each other.
  • Add soya sauce,green chilli sauce,vinegar,sezwan sauce & salt as required. The sezwan sauce is added to taste the best.
  • Add tomato sauce if you want to give a sweet taste otherwise you may ignore this step.
  • Mix it with one another thoroughly.
  • Add the fried potatoes into it and mix it for at least 5 minutes.
 The tastier crunchy and tasty  Potato  Manchurian Receipe is now ready. You can have with roti,parathas or even it can be used as a side dish for fried rice. Hope,my viewers will try this dish atleast once.
