One of my elder sister have just came out with a dish which I believe that,only a few of my friends may be heard of about this dish & it's preparation. The dish is called Spicy Onion. Believe me it's so very tasty that I am really speechless.
So,without testing much more of your patience,let us know about it's preparation.

Cooking Time : 15 minutes
Cuisine             :  Bengali, Indian

Ingredients :-
  • Onion     -  2 PCs - finely chopped
  • Refine Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves -  2 pc - finely chopped
  • Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar - half tablespoon
  • Garlic - few pcs cutt into small pieces
  • Green chillies - cutt into small pieces
  • Mustard Seeds (Black) - pinch of it
Procedure :-
  • Peel the onion and chopped into pieces.
  • Hit oil in a frying pan and fry the mustard seeds,garlic and green chillies and steir it .
  • Add onions and fry it.
  • Add turmeric powder,red chillies powder,vinegar & steir it properly.
  • Add corriander powder and mix it properly.
  • After 5 minutes add some coriander leaves and mix it well.
 Finally, the receipe is ready. So,what are you waiting for start eating this tasty dish with roti,chapati,parathas or even with rice.
