I have gone through a journal today where I found the tips and tricks to make Butter Chicken,which is one of my favourite dish. I am going to share this receipe to all the food lovers across the globe.

Preparation Time :- 1hr
Cuisine                    :- Indian
Receipe For            :- 3 Adults

Key Ingredients :-
  • Dressed Chicken - 800gms
  • Kaju                       - 50gms
  • Butter                    -  50gms
  • Red Tomato          -  100gms
  • Onion                     - 2pcs finely chopped
  • Red Chillie Powder - 3 tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic Paste  - half cup
  • Cream                        - One-fourth cup
  • Fresh water              - As per need
  • Refine /Soyabean Oil - As required
  • Salt                                - As per taste
  • Sugar
  • Hand Blender / Mixy - For Blending
Procedure :-
To Marinate Chicken
  • Wash the chicken gently in cold water.
  • Add ginger garlic paste as required.
  • Add butter to it next and mix it well.
  • Keep the mixture for 15 minutes.
After 15 Minutes :-
  • Hit oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken.
  • After frying the chicken transfer into a separate bowl.
To Make Greavy :-
  • Hit oil and fry the chopped onions.
  • Add kaju,chopped red tomato and fry thereafter.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, red chillie powder,salt, sugar and lastly add butter and mix it well with one another.
  • Thereafter add cream of one- fourth cup.
After 5 minutes :-
  • Add water into that mixture and boil it for another 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes transfer the same into a bowl for blending.
  • When blending is properly done,filter the greavy.
  • Place some butter in the frying pan and thereafter add the greavy and boiled for 5 minutes.
  • Add the fried chicken one by one and boil it for another 5 minutes by covering the lid of your frying pan.
  So your tasty chicken butter masala is ready. My suggestion to all my viewers will be,that you can have this dish with rice and as well as with roti also.
