I have visited to one of my nearest friends house shortly.His sister had prepared a new dish which I have never eat before nor anyone in my house prepared it before.It is totally a new dish to dine with. The dish is ideal,when there is a rainy day & you are in your home.Even you can prepare it for your near & dear ones. I am going to illustrate the receipe in detail.
Cooking Time :- 15 minutes in total
Cuisine :- Bengali,Indian
Ingredients For 2 Persons :-
1. Potato - 1pc
2. Carrot - 1pc
3. Green chilli - 2 Pcs
4. Corriander Leaves - 1 pc chopped into small pieces.
5. Flour - 1 big spoon
6. Turmeric Powder - 1 tablespoon
7. Black pepper - 1 tablespoon
8. Cumin powder -1 tablespoon
9. Salt -1 teaspoon
10. Red Chillie powder - 1 tablespoon
11. Egg -1 PC
12.Onion - half PC chopped into small
pieces
13. Refine Oil - As required.
Procedure :-

Procedure :-
- Shredd potato & carrot as shown in the picture below.
- Take a bowl and keep the shredded potato & carrot and add coriander leaves,onion,cumin powder,chillie powder,salt,black pepper,flour,turmeric powder and lastly broken egg and mix it well. You can use a spoon to mix it.
- Hit oil in less flame.
- Make small balls of the mixture and fry it well.
The dish is ready to serve with sauces or chutnies.
