Ingrediants :-
- Katla Fish weighted 1kg
- Mustard Oil - As required
- Yogurt - 2 cup
- Salt - As Required
- Ghee - 3 Tea Spoon
- Gingergarlic Paste - 1 packet
- Green Chilli - 4 PCs
- Bay Leaves- 2 PCs
- Turmeric Powder - 3 tablespoon
- Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
- Elaichi - 4pcs
- Clove - 4pcs
- Cinnamon -1pc
Procedure :-
- Cutt the fish into pieces
- Wash pieces of katla fish thoroughly
- Mix salt &turmeric powder with the fish and keep the same for 20 minutes.
- After that fry the fish.
- Make a mixture with yogurt,chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste and add the pieces of fried fish to that mixture for 10 minutes.
- Hit ghee in your frying pan and fry the green chillie with tejpata,elaichi labango and salt as required. Thereafter add the pieces of fish and mix it well and add water as required.
Now,the dish is ready to serve.
