Ingredients (For 2 Adult Persons)
Cuisine : - Bengali,Indian
1. Cauliflower Cutt into medium pieces
2. Salt - 2 Tablespoon
3. Besan - 1 Cup
4. Refine Oil - Half Cup
5. Water
6.Turmeric Powder - quarter cup
Procedure :-
Take Kadai with water and boil the cauliflower and add 1 tablespoon of salt.
Take a bowl and mix 1 cup of besan,quarter cup of turmeric powder,
1 tablespoon of salt with requisite amount of water so that the dough becomes thicker.
Then mix the cauliflower with the mixture properly.
Take your frying pan and hit with oil & fry the cauliflower one by one.
Now your pakora made from cauliflower is ready to serve. You can serve with chutni or sauce to relish the taste.
