I shall be sharing you a receipe,which is loveble to every class of our society. The receipe is of Poha Polau. It is very easy to cook. This is a kind of dish, which you can prepare for your kid,spouse or even to the elder people of your family.
So,without loosing your time,let's see  how to prepare it.

Cooking Time :- 15 minutes
Cuisine             :- Indian
For 2 Adult Person

Key Ingredients :-
  • Poha - weighted 100gms
  • Ghee - 2 Tablespoon
  • Refine Oil - As Required
  • Carrot - 1pc
  • Beans - 50gm
  • Cauliflower-cutt into small pieces -10pcs
  • Kismis - 10 Pcs
  • Kaju - 10 Pcs
  • Sauce - Tomato chilli sauce
  • Salt - As required
Procedure :-
1. Soak poha for 5 minutes.
2. After poha get soaked drain excess water from it.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry carrot, beans and cauliflower.
4. Fry the poha in less heat.
5. Mix poha with the fried vegetables
and add kaju,kismis at it.
6. Add ghee and add requisite salt to taste.
 Now, the dish is ready. Serve it with sauces.
