Soyabean, now a familiar name to our society.In today's time, from soyabean various items are prepared viz; soya chunks,soya sauce,oil to use in hair,papad,soyabean oil etc.
Soyabean is rich in protein content. Doctor's recommend to consume soyabean to women because it reduces chances to various disease to women. Many people have the opinion,that consumption of soyabean on regular basis reduces sperm count for men.But at the same time soyabean have high vitamins & minerals content including VitaminK1,folate,copper,manganese,
phosphors& thiamine.
But on the other hand the preparation of soya chunks is very easy if you go through my steps as listed below :-
For 4 Adult Person
Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Cuisine. : Bengali,Indian

Key Ingredients :-
- Soya chunks - 100gm
- Garam masala - 1 pouch
- Gingergarlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Green chilli - 3 Pcs
- Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - As required
- Water - As required
Procedure :-
- Boiled soya chunks with water.
- Drain excess water from soya chunks by squeezing it.
- Hit up oil and fry the green chillies
- Thereafter add squeezed soya chunks and fry it.
- After frying add water to boil it and add requisite amount of turmeric powder,salt and a pinch of sugar and steir it around 3 minutes.
- Add gingergarlic paste and mix it.
- Cover your frying pan with a lid and keep it for another 10 minutes.
- Afterwards add garam masala & steir it.
So,your dish is ready to have with rice or roti as preferable.
