Chinese Fried Rice is one of the delicious dishes. Preparation of the same is very easy.
Ingredients :-
1. Best Quality Rice - 1kg
2. Soya Sauce
3. Chilli Sauce
4. Tomato Sauce
5. Vinegar
6. Beans - 100 gm
7. Carrot - 100gm
8. Capcicum - 1 pc
9. Refine / Olive Oil
10. Salt
(For 4 Adult Persons)
Cuisine : - Chinese

Procedure :-
Take 1 kg of rice and boiled with water.
After boiling wash the rice with cold water. Thereafter drain the excess water from the rice.
Boil the vegetables thoroughly and drain excess water from it also.
Hit refine/olive oil in Kadai or frying pan and add rice and fry it well thereafter add the boiled vegetables to it and mix it with the rice.
When the rice as well as the vegetables are fried well then add salt, half cup of vinegar,a cup of soya sauce, a cup of chilli & tomato sauce for taste.
The dish is ready to serve.
